At Nutritionist Anjum Sohail, we partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure all products reach you in pristine condition. Our packaging materials are carefully selected for quality, tested thoroughly, and designed to prevent any damage during transit.

Note: A shipping charge of Rs. 99 applies to all orders under Rs. 699.

Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, it undergoes a quality inspection to ensure it’s in perfect condition. After passing our checks, we securely package and hand over your items to our logistics partner for prompt delivery. If delivery is unsuccessful due to address or timing issues, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Please note that all items (including any free gifts) will be shipped with an invoice to the shipping address you provide at checkout. While we aim to ship all items in one package, multiple shipments may occasionally occur.

Product Packaging

Each item is securely wrapped in bubble wrap, with fragile items like glass bottles receiving an extra layer for added protection. These are then placed in sturdy cardboard boxes before being handed over to our logistics partners, ensuring they reach you safely.

Shipping Locations

We ship throughout India to nearly all PIN codes, though availability may vary based on our logistics partners. You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your PIN code on our product or checkout pages.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details, including the courier company and tracking number. Registered users can also track their orders in the "My Account" section under "Your Orders."

Delivery Timeline

At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery time based on your location. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours and are expected to reach you within 2-7 days, depending on your location. While we strive to deliver promptly, unforeseen delays can occur. Please note that Nutritionist Anjum Sohail is not liable for delays caused by our logistics partners.

Important: Due to current circumstances, delivery timelines may vary. We reserve the right to pause deliveries if necessary.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees vary based on order details and will be displayed at checkout. Nutritionist Anjum Sohail does not charge additional shipping fees beyond what is shown at checkout.

Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive your package, our logistics partner will make up to two additional delivery attempts. To reschedule, please contact our Customer Service hotline. If all three attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
