Refund Policy for Nutrition Counseling Services

At NUTRITIONIST ANJUM SOHAIL, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized nutrition counseling to support each client’s health and wellness goals. Due to the nature of these services, which involve individualized guidance and dedicated time from our certified professionals, we do not offer refunds once a consultation or session has been completed.

Our counselors prepare for each session with care, tailoring strategies and recommendations based on each client’s unique needs. This approach requires time, expertise, and resources that are allocated in advance. Therefore, to respect the time and preparation of our counselors and to maintain the quality of service, all payments for nutrition counseling services are final.

Cancellation Policy for Products

NUTRITIONIST ANJUM SOHAIL aims to provide excellent service and has a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once a shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If we suspect any fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, we reserve the right to cancel such orders at our sole discretion without notification.

Cancellation Before Shipment:

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact us via email at info@anjumsohail.com or call us at 9820146454 (Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 9 PM) to cancel. Upon confirmation, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued within 2–5 business days.

Please note that once an order has left our warehouse, cancellations are not possible.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds for Products

If you receive a defective product, NUTRITIONIST ANJUM SOHAIL allows returns within 5 days of delivery. We also accept partial returns if you wish to return only a portion of your order.

To Initiate a Return or Replacement Request:

  1. Contact Customer Support via email at info@anjumsohail.com within 5 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and images of the product showing the batch number and invoice for reference.

  3. Our team will arrange for the product pickup within 4–7 business days. Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the product is returned in its original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.


Conditions Where Returns Are Not Accepted:

  • Missing original packaging, tags, and any additional accessories.

  • Altered or tampered product packaging.

  • Return requests made after 30 business days from delivery.

  • Free promotional items.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Deliveries

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support at info@anjumsohail.com within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order ID and images or videos of the product, highlighting any visible damage or errors.

  3. Once confirmed, we will arrange a pickup. Refunds or replacements are processed within 2–5 business days of receiving the returned product.

Partial Returns: You may return a single item from a multi-item order. All returns must include the original packaging, any complimentary items, and all intact seals.

Refund Processing for Returns

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days of receiving the product. Payment will be credited back to the original method used (credit/debit card, net banking, or cash-on-delivery). Cash-on-delivery returns will be processed via bank transfer upon sharing bank details. Allow an additional 2–3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Refund Policy for Products

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Order cancellation prior to shipment.

  • Delivery issues such as the customer’s refusal, unavailability, or incorrect address.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 8–9 days after the return is received from our logistics provider.
